Stella Marie Walsh, 1897, daughter of Dennis Walsh (1860-1926) and Catherine Hyde (1866-1960).   She had two brothers, Thomas (1899 - 3 months old) and Dennis 'Din Pat' (1901-1971) and one sister Annie (1905-1995).  She had a half-brother John 'Jack' Hann (1885-1954) and a half-sister Jane Hann (1888-1968) from Catherine's first marriage to Patrick Hann. 

Stella was married to Lambert Best (1897-1933) and had four children: Albert 'Cecil' (1921-2010), Ethel (1923-?2010), Katherine 'Kay' (1925-?2010) and Annie 'Nancy' (1927-?2010).  Passed on February 12, 1972 at Kilbride and is buried in Kilbride Parish Cemetery.
