I Samuel Best of Merasheen Placentia Bay acknowledge this as my last Will and Testament. I give and bequeath to my two sons Richard Best and William John Best all my right title and interest to all my property real and personal at Merasheen Placentia Bay and any other property wheresoever situated which I may own at the time of my death. The said William John Best and Richard Best to have an equal interest in my estate.
